Agency Content Dressed Up as User Generated Content?

There are many examples on line of ad agency videos dressed up as user generated content.  And there's nothing wrong with that if it is done well of course but there's a fine line between what the audience will go along with and what will turn them off.

Here's an example from BMW.  It's worth a watch but just check out the celebration at the end!  After going to all the trouble of setting it up they could have found some better actors...
