What does Lightweight Production mean for you?
We fit seamlessly into your venue and work with your event team to produce a professionally branded live stream or conference call.
Our goal is to be well remembered by you but mostly invisible to your audience, delegates or on stage talent.
One producer who runs the live stream and operates one camera . This camera is for close ups on whoever is performing or speaking. Another three cameras on tripods or mounted provide wide angle shots, audience views, backstage coverage, etc.
Slides, powerpoint, videos, or any other media can be shown on the live stream feed either full screen or picture in picture.
We prefer to use a venue sound feed if possible but have small discrete radio mics for live stream and video call audio.

Although we always bring all the gear required we try to use equipment already being used for your event.
Eg. We will take an audio feed from your venue sound desk if available. If not we use our small radio mics that draw little attention.

All the gear we need for a 2 camera stream fits into a large camera backpack and a large lighting case.
This means we can easily travel easily anywhere in the UK or Europe and don’t need to rely on cars or vans.
But why Lightweight really? Why not full scale production?
Nathan has a disability which means he finds it difficult to haul around lots of heavy gear.
He has developed this Lightweight approach and found a niche in the UK event production that fits him very well.
